believe that murder has a pattern, if one disrupts the pattern; one can
disrupt the murder!
This site is dedicated to Kang (Ebonics for
King) My innocent 25 year old son murdered September 15, 2007 so that his
senseless death may not be in vain.
So no other Parent will experience
this sadness; so that your child will continue to live a peaceful and fruitful
life. We will do this by identifying those individuals who demonstrate
they are willing to murder us (by their actions), before they actually kill us;
and get them help.
But if we fail, we forced them outside of
society by nonviolently attacking their means to earn an income and reducing
their privilege to drive.
This
site is not about vengeance; its intent is focused on correction. No
matter what one’s religion, political
affiliation, sex, sexual orientation, race, or age is; the one thing we all can
agree on is that no person has the right to take the life of our
children.
Children have a right to live!
Many times by the time the police, lawyers and judges have gotten a hold of a murderer it is too late. Two lives are ruined by then the murderer and the one murdered.
People have patterns. Murder has a pattern. We believe that if one disrupts the pattern, one can disrupt the murder.
The mission of this site is to organize people to come together and break the patterns of murder and suicide by dividing our State into recognized neighborhoods/ communities. Each neighborhood will have its own negotiator(s), as many as they want. Negotiators are not for or against anyone; they're simply there to make sure the process goes well.
The Process
The process is, if someone has a problem (grievance), against anyone they consider serious; instead of taking matters into his/her own hands, he/she takes the matter before the neighborhood community. This action is logged, measured for severity and video recorded.
If an individual is brought before the community (and found problem-ed) too many times; he/she is given a mandatory opportunity for counseling, psychiatric help or anger management. If this works (everybody wins) nothing further is done.
If this action fails or the person does not improve and the neighborhood sees it is necessary; the community united, has a right to ask that person to leave the community; Banishment. This may be permanent or for a set period of time.
The aim of this action is to let the instigator (Bad Asset) know that there are consequences for his/her actions. That it is a privilege to live among the goodness; peace and love peaceful people have created. That he/she can only live among us by displaying appropriate behavior. The instigator (Bad Asset) will come to know that there are consequences for his/her actions. (That he/she has a choice base on their actions were they live).
Neighborhoods/ communities are separate but they are united - so that if there is a disagreement between communities, the disagreeing community does not have to banish the instigator. However, if all are in agreement, then the Bad Asset will not be welcomed in any of those communities.
What if Bad
Asset refuses to comply?
If the Bad Asset refuses to
go, then representatives of the community will go to that person's job and talk
to that person's employer. The employer will be advised that this Bad
Asset is a menace to society, and was tried to be reasoned with, but the
community fails. They may state that this person has proved to be too
dangerous to live with. And if the employer does not fire the Bad
Asset, his business will be boycotted.
What further
action may be taken?
Farther action may be taken by petitioning the State to restrict the driving privileges of the bad asset from driving in all recognize neighborhoods. (Driving is a privilege not a right) the state will need to recognize the will of the people at the Civil Matter level.
This means that the Bad Asset will not be allowed to drive in any communities that are united. It will be the Bad asset responsibility to know where they can drive. The Bad Asset will have to buy a monitor that shall remain on any vehicle that person drives. It will be the responsibility of the Bad Asset to know where it is permissible for him/her to drive.
If the Bad Asset is caught driving in any of the participating communities or does not have a monitor or pass; this will be considered a serious violation to be handle by the courts, with a mandatory arrest and a mandatory twenty year imprisonment or the option to leave the State(s). If one chooses to leave the State(s), he/she must accept a tracking device of some type that will only be removed when banishment is over.
If this person chooses to reenter any of the banning state(s) he/she will be treated with strong prejudice.
Conclusion
This is a powerful tool to get the “Bad Assets” to recognize their neighbors as sisters and brothers and treating them as such.
If one never bothers anyone then one will never have a problem. But it will be the people, who will identify, and break the pattern of a murder. Not the judicial system.
All community activity will be found on the internet, so that all communities will know what's going on.
This method can only be used for actions one believes may lead to murder. This method will never be used to discriminate against any individual according to race, gender, sexual orientation, or religion.
This code is not intended to be used by the marketplace or dictate morality; such as whether prostitution is correct. If any neighborhood or community is found to intentionally violate the rights of others they themselves may lose their membership and become a haven for bad assets; they will also be subject to existing laws.
Serious consequences may occur for the intended abuse of this policy; including Imprisonment and Banishment.
In this is the way that the people can come together to do what no politician or police power can do. This country is supposed to be for the people and by the people. Those who wish to take our lives should make their mines over (reinvent their thinking). They could find other means to deal with their problems. Society should help them whether conventional or non-conventional.
Politically based disagreement will be exempted from this code; Such as protesting personal, business or government.
Someone said that it takes a village to raise a child. If this statement is true than it is time to get the village organized. By organizing we will make the dream of a nine out of ten decrease in murder a reality
